HOW TO PREVENT SLEEPING WHILE AT WORK?

1. Drink enough water:



Dehydration can make you feel tired, so be sure to drink water frequently.

2. CHANGE BEDSHEET EVERY WEAK:




Don't use the same bedsheets for more than a week.

3. STRETCH YOUR BODY:




Pull your hand together behind your back, stretching out the front of your body.

Breath deeply for a few second, then let go of your hands. Do it a couple of times in a row.

4. WATCH COMEDY SHOW:



It is extremely hard to does-off while laughing.
