How to stay cool in tensed situations?


1. Be Positive.



Even when your subconscious exalts anxiety, presuppose positively.

2. Breath.


Breath deeply.Relax and do anything that makes you focus on your breathing. Meditate.


3. Sleep.


Sleep for minimum 7 hours a day. Sleep is essentially important to eliminate the negative thoughts in your head.

4. Cut the addiction.

 Limit that caffeine intake, alcohol consumption and junk food eating habit.

5. Sit back and reflect. 


Reflect and be grateful for the little things in life, like being alive, breathing, a shelter over your head etc.
