How Our Mind React To Change And How To Train It ?

1. IT COMPLAINS. It doesn't like change that it didn't choose.

2. IT GETS ANGRY AT OTHERS. It blames and might lash out at them.

3. IT LOOKS FOR COMFORT, for a return to what you're used to, what you know, what you've always gone to for comfort.

4. IT TRIES TO GET CONTROL. This can be stressful, trying to control the massively uncontrollable.

HOW TO TRAIN OUR BRAIN TO ACCEPT CHANGE?

1. Teach your brain to get used to change. Stretching your brain go past its comfort zone opens the door for being more receptive to changes.

2. Retains your brain by noticing 3 positive changes per day. The efforts to recognize  the positive effect will retain your brain to see change as an opportunity for growth.

3. Learn a new language or a task that is out of your comfort zone. Expose yourself to new situation and pick up skill that you may have never before considered.

4. Realize the inevitability. Keep in mind that almost everything in history is eventually obsolete.

Question yourself, '' Does everything will be the same if you don't change or only you become outdated?''

By coming up with answer to this question, you can position yourself to embrace these changes rather than complaining or complicating..
